Lawyers’ Assistance Program receives funding of $7 from each Illinois lawyer’s registration fee, giving our organization a base of stable income with which to operate.
Unfortunately, this is not enough to cover the expense of our services. LAP depends on donations from law firms, legal organizatons, and individuals to supplement revenue and help us fufill our important mission.

LAP is a 501c(3) not-for-profit corporation. All donations are tax deductible and will be acknowledged promptly with a letter and an itemized receipt. We will include your name in our annual report unless you specifically ask to keep your donation an anonymous gift. We are grateful for your assistance.
